Ivy is Co-founder and currently serves as member of the Board of Directors and VP of Marketing of International Children Assistance Network (ICAN). She is the Executive Producer of ICAN's successful fundraising concerts and has been instrumental in building relationships with other teams and organizations in the community. In addition to managing and setting strategic direction for ICAN, Ivy also travels to Vietnam to meet with children and families to understand first-hand their needs. Her passion and drive have contributed greatly to the growth of ICAN since its inception. An engineer by training and a philanthropist, artist and poet by heart, Ivy possesses a rare mixture of passion to solve both the technical challenges and the human sufferings. Prior to co-founding ICAN, she co-founded MicroStor engineering design firm. She received training from Chapman University, and currently lives in San Jose, California.
