WHAT IS SUSTAINABLE FUTURES?
Sustainable Futures is a program series designed to educate and empower our youth community to take action for a more sustainable world. Each initiative will address a different theme related to sustainability, equipping participants with practical skills and knowledge to make a positive impact. Our first installment, From Plate to Planet, focuses on reducing food waste and improving recycling practices. Future programs will continue to explore new topics that help us create lasting change for our environment.

WHO WE SERVE
We serve a diverse community of youth aged 15-25 in the Bay Area. Our programs are inclusive, aiming to reach all communities and cultures, while addressing the unique needs and perspectives within these groups.
WHAT WE DO
Through community-centered sessions, workshops, and activites, we provide education, resources, and support on topics that impact sustainability, cultural heritage, and community well-being. Our focus spans a range of areas, from food waste reduction to mental health awareness, fostering engagement and positive change within our community.
WHY IT MATTERS
These workshops empower youth with knowledge and skills to improve their lives and communities. By supporting our marginalized communities and promoting sustainable practices, we contribute to a healthier, more connected, and resilient community. These efforts not only teach the history of food access for different communties but also pave the way for a sustainable and equitable future for all.
